What Stays On Your Device

Audio Data

All audio processing happens locally on your device. Your conversations and the sounds around you are never sent to our servers or any third party. We have no access to your audio.

Speech Recognition & Translation

Live Captions and Translation use Apple's on-device technology. Unlike many translation apps that send your voice to cloud servers, OndaHear processes everything locally on your iPhone. Your spoken words never leave your device.

Saved Transcripts

Any transcripts you save are stored locally on your device only. We cannot access, read, or retrieve your saved transcripts.

Subscription Information

If you subscribe to OndaHear Premium, your payment is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your credit card or payment details. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status from Apple.
